Shuting Shen Receives 2023 SLDS Student Paper Competition Award
Congratulations to Shuting Shen, a PhD candidate in the lab of Dr. Xihong Lin, who received the 2023 ASA Statistical Learning and Data Sciences (SLDS) Section Student Paper Award for her paper “Fast Distributed Principal Component Analysis with High Accuracy for Large-Scale Federated Data”. She will present her paper at this year’s JSM Meeting, Aug 5-10 in Toronto.
