Biography

As the leader of Sg2’s diagnostics team, Henry analyzes the impact of imaging technologies on the delivery of care, especially in cardiovascular services, neurosciences, oncology, orthopedics, surgery and physician practices. He also helps organizations to develop operational strategies that enhance imaging program development, increase market share, foster alignment with contracted radiologists, improve profitability and optimize care delivery. Henry brings to Sg2 educational, provider and industry experience that spans a career of more than thirty years in medical education, imaging department management, cardiovascular interventional product development, and private practice business development and marketing. He draws on this background to assist Sg2 clients in developing strategies for technology deployment and operational efficiencies that will improve throughput and lower the cost of care.

As an Sg2 University faculty member, Henry has developed curricula on numerous topics, including effective deployment of advanced imaging technologies and the creation of a high-value imaging service. He also has lectured on health care technology trends for the master of business administration/master of health services administration programs at the University of New Haven and Sacred Heart University.

Before joining Sg2, Henry was responsible for product development and marketing of interventional cardiac and vascular products for Philips Healthcare. In this role, he worked with leading health care organizations in North America to determine clinical requirements and technical specifications for imaging systems designed to support catheter-directed therapies for vascular disease and other interventions.
