Brian Spisak, PhD., is the Program Director of AI and Leadership at the National Preparedness Leadership Initiative at Harvard University and a faculty member at the American College of Healthcare Executives. He's also the Chief People and Communication Officer and Senior Partner at Csuite Growth Advisors.
Drawing from his diverse expertise and 15+ years of experience, he empowers leaders and their organizations to reach new heights, revolutionizing their approach to decision-making and positioning them for success in the age of AI.
He helps leaders and their teams utilize behavioral science, data, and technology to navigate the choppy waters of disruption, boost innovation, and realize sustainable growth.
