Workshop: Professional Boundaries
This interactive workshop provides an opportunity to consider how to establish appropriate professional boundaries. While we’ll briefly review the resources available that clarify expectations in the work setting regarding relevant policies and procedures, the focus of this session is on the “gray areas” needing to be navigated. How and at what level do you engage with the individual looking to you for extra support? What’s an appropriate balance between work and social interactions within a team?
