Management and Leadership Skills for EHS Professionals will help you develop the environmental, health, and safety skills you need to lead teams, make decisions, drive change, and achieve EHS functional excellence in your organization. In this course, you will develop proficiency in key management disciplines critical to your success as an effective leader. These skills will allow you to set a plan tying EHS outcomes to organizational goals, develop strategies to achieve these objectives, establish expectations, and measure outcomes.
