Convocation schedule and instructions

RSVPs and Regalia

Please fill out this form if you intend to join the faculty procession or attend the Harvard Chan School’s Convocation.

Please also fill out the form above no later than April 1 to rent regalia from the Harvard COOP. Regalia rentals are covered by the Office of Faculty Affairs.

Please note: In order to process in or attend Morning Exercises at Harvard Yard, you must be invited by the Harvard Commencement Office. Harvard Chan staff do not manage these events.
