• Reserving the Dean’s Office conference room
  The Dean’s Office conference room (Kresge 110) is available to Harvard Chan offices, departments, and other Harvard Chan units for meetings or small events. For a reservation, please contact: deansoff@hsph.harvard.edu.
• Requests for External Event Sponsorship
  For inquiries regarding sponsorship by the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, please contact: Michelle Giuliana.

• Regarding Research Opportunities
  Currently, the Dean is not accepting additional research staff. We recommend you directly reach out to the Harvard Chan academic unit or member of the faculty most closely aligned with your topic. • Inviting special guests to the Harvard Chan School
  If you would like to invite a high-level dignitary, other official, or celebrity to your Harvard Chan event, you must coordinate initial steps through the Office of the Dean to synchronize procedures, protocol, and other considerations before reaching out to that party.
