Topic Area Summary

Mental health, nutrition, and overall well-being are increasingly important aspects of public health. As stress and chronic disease rise, professionals must address the whole health of individuals and communities.

At Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health Executive and Continuing Education, our Mental Health, Well-being, and Nutrition programs and articles offer professionals tools and approaches for promoting mental health, maximizing limited resources, and cultivating cultures of wellness.

Through our Mental Health Leadership program, participants develop skills to strengthen mental health systems, integrate services, and destigmatize care. The Work Health and Well-being program examines how to assess workplace wellness programs, implement mindfulness initiatives, and support employees’ physical and emotional needs.
