Megan D’Agostino

I’m a licensed independent clinical social worker and MPH candidate in Health and Social Behavior at Harvard T.H. Chan. I’ve worked in community mental health and family-based care, supporting adolescents and young adults and helping people navigate complex systems across schools, hospitals, and community providers.
I’m currently completing my MPH practicum with Trans Health HQ, where I’m focused on care navigation and systems-level work aimed at improving access to equitable, trauma-informed healthcare. I’m broadly interested in health equity, mental health, and roles that blend direct work with people and larger structural or programmatic change.
