On Wednesday, October 21st, from 1-1:50 PM in Kresge 202A, the Center Student Engagement Committee will hold its first well-being workshop of the year. This workshop invites participants to explore how art-making can support mental, physical, and social well-being. Through reflection, conversation, and a hands-on creative activity, participants will consider what collective well-being means to them and express their ideas, questions, and experiences through words and images. The session will culminate in group sharing and reflection, highlighting how creating art together can foster connection, belonging, collaboration, and shared meaning. Center Student Engagement Committee member and Harvard Medical School student Dami Seung, MS ‘27 will lead this workshop.
