Biography
Stephen Jenkins MSc. MBA is Vice President of Health and Safety for Cintas Corporation, a Fortune 500 company headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio. During his tenure, Cintas has achieved industry-best injury and vehicle collision rates and has garnered numerous awards for its H&S, VPP, Ergo, and Driver Safety systems. Stephen is passionate about H&S leadership. He frequently speaks at professional conferences and universities. Prior to joining Cintas, Stephen provided ergonomics and engineering consultations for a diverse range of leading companies around the world. For his innovative approaches to ergonomics, he was awarded the Liberty Mutual Ergonomics Practitioner of the Year. He contributes to our profession through NSC, ASSP, the Applied Ergonomics Assoc. and as the Vice-Chair of The Conference Board’s Chief EHS Officers Council.
