Biography
Jack Donleavy, Ambulatory Services Project Manager, received his Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Scranton. During his tenure at Brigham health, Jack has held roles in the Department of Neurology, Surgery, and Ambulatory Services. In his current role, Jack collaborates across all levels of leadership on multiple initiatives that focus on patient access, experience, and reporting. Jack has also served as a faculty member for the Brigham and Women’s GME Clinical Process Improvement Leadership Program where he taught Residents and Clinical Fellows on the principles of patient safety and quality improvement.
