The Africa Research, Implementation Science, and Education (ARISE) Network is a vibrant and dynamic collaboration, uniting and leading African institutions to drive transformative research, education, and public health initiatives across the continent.

ARISE Network Partners

The ARISE Network is a shining example of excellence, united by a commitment to improving public health across Africa and beyond. Today, it includes 22 member institutions from 10 sub-Saharan African countries, as well as partners from Germany and the USA.

Beyond these institutions, our global network also includes esteemed partners in Europe, India, and China, such as Charité Universitätsmedizin, Erasmus University, the Center for Health, Exercise, and Sport Sciences, Tsinghua University, and KEM Hospital Research Centre.

Together, the Network advances implementation science and nurtures future public health leaders through South-South and North-South collaborations. ARISE serves as a hub of knowledge and innovation, tackling complex health challenges with collective action. Its impact extends globally, exemplified by initiatives like CHAN, the China-Harvard-Africa Network, which fosters innovation and research across continents.
