Biography

Carl is a 25+ year veteran and published thought leader in knowledge management, content management, and information architecture. Carl is the Director of FSG’s Knowledge Management practice. He is widely recognized as an industry thought leader on knowledge management, having published several books and papers, and keynoting at numerous international conferences on the topic of knowledge management and how it impacts organizational effectiveness.

Prior to joining FSG, Carl founded three companies including Delphi Group and Information Architected. He was a charter member of the Perot Systems Innovation Lab. As a consultant, he developed the knowledge management strategies for many organizations around the world in both the public and private sector.
