Biography

Eric M. Winston is the Disparity Market Development Manager for Medtronic. In this role, he focuses on the elimination of disparities within health care settings, and leads Medtronic’s “Do it” or Disparity Outreach Impact Team.

Previously at Medtronic, Winston has worked as the Director of Disparity Market Development, and District Service Manager Medtronic CRDM. He has held positions at Guidant, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Bayer Pharma.

Winston is the national chairman of official Medtronic Internal support group for African American Sales force. His awards include the “Corporate Circle award” from the National Medical Association, the “CEO Inclusion award” from Medtronic, and the Excel founding leader award.
