DESCRIPTION:Home / Kresge 202A\n\n\n\n\n\n\nKresge 202A\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTime \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nEvent Type \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOn Friday April 5th\, from 1-1:50 PM in Kresge 202A\, we invite all Harvard ID-holders to join the Lee Kum Sheung Center for Health and Happiness Student Interest Group for “Discover your Ikigai with Altruism: A Workshop for Finding Personal Fulfillment and Contributing to a Better World.” This workshop will be led by Center Student Steering Committee member Sarah Wang\, MPH ’25.  \n\n\nIn a modern world filled with high-stress environments and daily challenges\, discovering your Ikigai\, or “purpose in life”\, is more vital than ever. It’s a path to better navigate life\, enhance physical and mental well-being\, increase happiness\, and even extend your lifespan. Ikigai allows you to embrace life’s joys with gratitude\, and navigate hardships with a sense of deeper meaning and intrinsic motivation. It equips you with self-understanding\, problem-solving skills\, and resilience\, which are crucial in high-pressure situations. Discover your Altruistic Ikigai with us and unlock a brighter\, more purposeful future that benefits both you and the world around you. \n\n\n \n\nRSVP\n\n \n\n\nSpeakers’ remarks are based on their own scholarship and experience.
