Biography

Ravin Jesuthasan is the global practice leader of Towers Watson’s Rewards and Performance Management Practice and a leader of the firm’s Workforce Effectiveness Group. He is a Managing Principal of the firm and is based in the Chicago office. He has extensive experience in the design and implementation of workforce and people systems that align with an organization’s strategic drivers and the creation of shareholder value. He has also led numerous large-scale, global restructuring and transformation engagements for his clients.

Ravin has published numerous articles and led several global research efforts on the topics of labor cost management, performance management, rewards and talent management. As a recognized thought leader, he has been a featured speaker on these subjects at conferences in North America, Europe, Asia and Latin America. He has also been featured and quoted extensively by leading business media including CNN, The Wall Street Journal, BusinessWeek, Newsweek, CNBC, Fortune, Human Capital (China), Les Echoes (France), Valor Economico (Brazil), and Business Times (Malaysia) among others. He was recognized as one of the top 25 most influential consultants in the world by Consulting Magazine.

His clients include a worldwide chemicals company, six international financial services organizations, three large retail organizations, a major U.S. motion picture studio, four international consumer goods corporations, two large pharmaceuticals firms and eight global airlines among many others.

Prior to joining Towers Watson, Ravin was a consultant with the strategy practice of a major management consulting firm. He holds B.B.A. (Finance) and M.B.A. (Finance) degrees and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
