Biography

Linda MacCracken is Adjunct Lecturer in the Master's of Health Care Management at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. She has taught marketing to physician and dental executives since 2001. Previously, she taught marketing in the Health Policy and Management Program at Harvard School of Public Health from 1984-1988.

Linda MacCracken helps health organizations find, reach and engage customers, leveraging market analytics and best practices. Linda works in Accenture's Health Customer Relationship Management Practice. Previously Linda consulted to health companies, and served as VP of Advisory Services at Truven Health Analytics and VP of Product Management at Thomson Reuters. Linda speaks nationally and is published on topics related to targeted consumer engagement, and is the sole author of AHA Press’s Market Driven Strategy book. Linda holds an MBA in Health Care Management from Boston University in Boston, MA and a Bachelors in Psychology and Political Science from Macalester College in St. Paul, MN.
