Biography
Deb Iaquinto is a Senior Communication and Change Management Consultant in Towers Watson's Boston office. She has more than 25 years of experience in communication management, organizational research, and marketing communication.
Her expertise includes developing and implementing communication, change management, and employee research strategies to support broad organizational and rewards change. She has particular experience in developing communication strategies related to highly sensitive change such as:
- Employee value proposition and total rewards
- Benefit change
- Long-term incentive vehicle “swaps”
- Mergers, acquisitions and restructuring
- Workforce reduction
Deb has also served as an Adjunct Instructor teaching Communication Consulting in Emerson College’s Graduate School of Organizational Communication. She is on the Board of Directors for the New England Employee Benefits Council.
She has earned awards from the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) and Business Insurance for outstanding employee communication. She has both a BA and an MS in Communications Management.
