Processes
All applicants (both degree and non-degree) are required to complete a SOPHAS Express application. (Degree applicants also need to complete a separate degree application in SOPHAS). Please select your program of study from the menu below and read all instructions carefully.
MPH 45-credit in Clinical Effectiveness or the SM 42.5-credit in Epidemiology
PCE applicants who are simultaneously applying to a Master’s degree program:
